Transaction Information

Booking Online

To book, please follow the link from your chosen event. Online booking is available up to 30 minutes before the advertised start time, unless otherwise stated and subject to availability.

Factory International offers you the opportunity to book event tickets online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please visit What’s On to begin your booking.

Transaction Fee

A single £2.50 transaction fee is applicable to all bookings regardless of any distinguishing feature or the number of tickets purchased (Transaction fee is not applied for Factory International members bookings or transactions of a zero value). The fee we charge is to facilitate the fulfilment of your order and to cover the administration costs and overheads associated with each ticket sale.

E-tickets

We are currently operating with e-tickets only. When your booking is complete, you will receive two emails. The first will be your order confirmation. The second email will contain your e-tickets. Tickets will be emailed to the email address supplied at the point of sale. An e-ticket can be shown on a mobile device or printed on A4 paper for entry.

If you have not received your e-tickets from us 72 hours before the event, please contact us at tickets@factoryinternational.org. It is your responsibility to inform Factory International of any change of email address.

Currently Unavailable

Events where currently unavailable is displayed means that tickets are not available at that moment. There are a number of reasons why this is displayed; we could be planning future releases of tickets; the event may have been taken off sale to make amendments or it could mean it is sold out and we may get tickets returned or for resale.

Booking limits per transaction

Limits on the number of tickets available for purchase by one individual may be in place. These limits will be stated on the event page at factoryinternational.org. Failure to comply with these limits may result in some or all of the individual’s tickets being cancelled without notice. We do this so it creates a fair chance for everyone to purchase tickets.

Affordable tickets

We’re putting art in the heart of Manchester and are committed to widening access to all our own programme. Through affordable ticketing options, we want to remove the barrier between you and great events.

£10 tickets; we have a limited number of £10 tickets available across all our own shows and events, for those who need them.
We also offer up to 50% discount across all price bands.
To celebrate our opening show, Free Your Mind, we have an allocation of £10 tickets for those on lower incomes.

YOUNG FACTORY

If you're age 16-26 join today for free and you’ll get discounted tickets for gigs, exhibitions, the theatre and other arty adventures.

We will send you a regular newsletter with offers, recommendations and other things to tempt you.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Below are the summary terms and conditions of sale which can be found on the reverse of our tickets.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets carefully when you receive them to ensure the details are correct. Please contact us immediately if you think there is a mistake at tickets@factoryinternational.org
All persons attending a ticketed event must have a ticket, unless under the age of 2 (age restrictions may apply)
Management can make any alterations to the programme or performers as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances
By attendance, ticket-holders consent to filming, sound recording and being photographed as members of the audience.
The venue and/or Factory International reserves the right to refuse admission, in accordance with current guidelines.

Photography, sound and video recording strictly prohibited, unless otherwise instructed. All mobile phones and other communication devices must be switched off for the duration of the performance, unless otherwise instructed.

Factory International aim to treat all ticket holders with respect and care, ensuring their safety and security whilst attending an event.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges

For certain Factory International Productions, we can exchange your tickets to an alternative time or date if you are unable to attend.

Requests for exchanges must be at least 3 working days before the original event date. Our exchange fee is £2.00 per ticket.

Refunds

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded for any event unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
