The closing party at MIF09 was joyous and sold out well in advance, and this year most certainly didn’t disappoint, with DJ Dave Haslam’s legendary Yellow night teaming up with special guest DJ Dave Lee who has enjoyed a highly successful career as a producer and DJ under a string of pseudonyms since the early days of British house music (including Raven Maize, Jakatta, and Joey Negro).
Manchester will remember this gig for a very long time.
