To close MIF09, the Festival offered 2,000 people the chance to taste the city as they’ve never tasted it before, with help from several internationally renowned culinary experts and chefs drawn from Manchester’s diverse range of communities. Claudia Roden, Levi Roots, Fuchsia Dunlop, Camellia & Namita Panjabi and Paul Heathcote worked with chefs from Evuna, Heathcotes Outside, Yang Sing and the Zouk Tea Bar & Grill on a very Mancunian banquet.
