Inspired by our Festival in My House series, we’re inviting Manchester artists to create their own micro-international festivals at home, then stream them for us during the lockdown, live and for free. This week, we’re cooking with gas – and you can cook right along with us…

MC, DJ and all-round local legend Chunky is bringing his Pre ’n’ Tea series to MIF Live. Unfamiliar? The concept’s simple: new sounds curated and played by Chunky with guests Meme Gold and LEVELZ’ Biome, plus paella cooked live from home by Sunny Wray – and, if you like, by you too.

There’s a list of ingredients below so you can pick up what you need and cook along with us, all to a blisteringly good soundtrack spun live from Quarantine by Chunky and pals and click the Pre ‘n’ Tea instructions for a step by step guide. So join us on Wednesday for tunes and tucker, sounds and supper, grooves and grub – Pre ’n’ Tea
